OSN-RUS is a Russian airsofting team that was created early in February of 2010 with a very simple start. Many players in the Hampton Roads area already possessed Russian kits, so why not unite under one common banner? So after being asked by many Russian airsofters, whether we would create a team, we decided to form OSN-RUS. The name actually originated from Fear, a fellow OSN-RUS member, who did research on the different Spetnaz units of the Russian Military. After being voted on by our members we decided to use it as our theme and name.
Since then, we have grown to 12 members with several prospects. We believe sternly in playing this game honestly and hope to be an example for other teams on acting with honor and responsibility, both on the field and off. Over the past two years, OSN-RUS members have attended numerous OPs including Last Light, Red Talon III, Liberty Canyon II, Silent Sunset Take 1, Silent Sunset Take 2, White Dragon, Red Dawn, The Last Trumpet, Battle of the Bulge 2010, Dead Winter, Eastwind IV, Red Talon IV, Smokeout 3, Liberty Canyon III, Patriarch, Battle of the Bulge 2011, Tora Bora, Cutlass, Sea Lion, and Liberty Canyon 4.
Our goal is to try to advance Russian airsofting, games, and events throughout Virginia. We hope to see more people and games in Virginia with Russian flavor! Remember as they say on Red-Alliance:

There's enough M4's and NATO gear out there - Lets hear it for realism and battlefield variety where both sides don't look exactly the same.
